Growing up at a small farm in Missouri, Sarah Squier has always been an animal lover. She was the kid that would get in trouble for bringing the frog or lizard into the house to scare her sister. She’s always known she wanted to work with animals.
She started her career out as a volunteer at a spay and neuter clinic and was kennel help at another veterinarian’s office in 2006. From there, she moved up to be a full time veterinary technician. She became part of the Colony Plaza Animal Hospital family during the second week they were open in July 2013.
She takes pride in her work and gives every animal as much care and love as if it were one of her own. She herself has 5 cats, 5 dogs, 2 birds and a turtle. She lovingly calls them her furry, feathered and scaled children.
She’s happily married to her high school sweet heart. When she’s not hard at work, she spends her time hanging out with her hubby, playing video games, watching movies, and going snorkeling.
