Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Eligibility

Pets must be current clients/patients of our hospital.

This ensures we can properly address any health concerns during their stay.

What Owners Must Bring

• Your pet
• Your pet’s food
• Any medications

Food Policy

• Owners are required to bring their pet’s regular food.
• We do not provide standard diets, as we only stock prescription foods and want to avoid dietary changes.
• If food is not provided:
• Charges will be applied to your account for Science Diet I/D (bag or cans)
• Unless we stock your pet’s current prescription diet
